Saïx has long, silky blue hair, and two strips of this come down his shoulders. His hair is pushed back rather than forward. He also elf ears rather than normal ears, and appears to be the only Organization member with this.
Another distinctive trait this nobody has is that he has a red X shaped scar in the middle of his face. As of present, it has not been mentioned as to how he obtained this scar in any way. His eyes are a distinctive brown.
The rest of his body is pretty much identical to the other Organization members. The black tranchcoat, black gloves and tall black boots are all present. The zipper is down about halfway, and the rest is visible (Although all you can really see properly are the markings on his boots, and his black trousers). Saïx's actual body is well built, and he always looks like a formidable opponent in my opinion.
