With Kairi locked away with only Pluto, she looks up at the sound of footsteps approaching. Kairi wants to know what they plan doing with them. Saïx answers her.


Kairi is worried for Sora's safety, until a friend helps her escape. A short while later, as Kairi & Naminé are running away, Saïx appears in front of them. He offers Kairi the choice for him to take her to Sora, but she refuses, not wishing to go with him. Saïx seems amused by her choice, but doesn't have time to do anything about it - His Berserkers are destroyed, and someone with a Keyblade, hood down Organization trenchcoat can be seen as the culprit. Saïx is slightly annoyed that Roxas didn't fulfill his mission of destroying this mystery character. After dodging an attack by him with his arms, Saïx is slammed up against a wall by the mystery character. Saïx is one step ahead of him, however, and touches the wall behind him and creates a portal which he gently falls into. As Saïx leaves, he smiles at him.
